WARRANTY
Qloud Up is committed to providing exceptional products. Our batteries are backed with a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty. You must register with a qloudup.com user account to be eligible for the warranty.
If you have purchased any of your products from an authorized retailer you need to create an account to activate warranty. Click here to register your account. Once registered your warranty will be in effect.
Warranty is effective from the day you receive your product. Your battery must be defective (i.e. this is not an exchange program), and will be replaced with an equal item from current inventory. Certain items may not be covered under the lifetime warranty. Warranty is void if products are misused, tampered with, modified, used with unauthorized products, lost/stolen or normal wear and tear.
Qloud Up warranty can only be used within 90 days of your last atomizer/coil purchase. As long as you have purchased and atomizer/coil for your product within in last 90 days, you may make full use of your warranty for the life of your battery. The lifetime replacement is limited to a maximum of 5 replacements on any given purchase.
All replacement must be requested by email to "warranty@qloudup.com" for processing.
Please note Qloud Up does not cover shipping or any other costs incurred during the replacement process. Shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is not eligible fore a refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Please allow 4-7 business days for a refund/exchange.
Steps for warranty replacement:

2. Allow 24-48 hours for a follow up and RMA number.

A $25 out of warranty fee will be charged if warranty requirements are not met.
